About the game
It’s a match in large inflatable balls that players put on like a backpack. Collisions, tumbles and somersaults are part of the game, and the ball protects you from head to knees. The game is also known as bubble football, bubble soccer or crash ball.
We usually play in the Com Com Zone halls (ul. Ptaszyckiego 6) and at al. Jana Pawła II 37. We can also come to a place that suits you – travel up to 15 km from the centre of Kraków is free, beyond that €0.23/km. Company address: os. Avia 5/37, Kraków.
We have 10 balls for bubble football.
10–12 people play on the pitch at the same time. Larger groups are split into teams for a mini tournament, so everyone gets to play.
Kids aged 10+ and adults can play.
Safety and equipment
We have two ball sizes: Bumper Balls 1.5 m in diameter for players at least 150 cm tall, and two large balls 1.7 m in diameter for players at least 180 cm tall.
Players weighing up to 100 kg can play in our balls.
Certainly less so than in a normal game of football. Still, it’s worth using a bit of common sense – the referee enforces the safety rules.
An inflated ball weighs about 10 kg.
Like a backpack. Inside there are adjustable straps that go over your shoulders, and at the front two handles to hold on to. Just step inside, buckle up and you’re ready to play!
A ball won’t burst or get punctured by itself, unless it’s used improperly or a player runs into a sharp edge.
Practical information
Like for PE: shorts or a tracksuit, a T-shirt and trainers (unless you’re playing on the beach 🙂).
On summer days especially, it’s worth having extra water. We advise against playing in full sun around midday – in summer it’s better to choose a sports hall.
It depends on your preferences and the season – in winter we recommend a hall, in summer an artificial pitch or grass works great too.
Standard is 1 hour of ball and venue hire – the game can be extended by 30 min.
