Bumper Ball, Bubble Football, Zorb Soccer and at least a few more combinations of these names cover just as many variants of games in inflatable balls.
Bubble Bowling
A group of several players stands at one end of the pitch, and one player from the opposing team stands on the other side. Their task is to build up speed and throw themselves at the standing opponents to knock down as many of them as possible! Just like bowling 🙂
Bubble Sumo
Two players stand inside a drawn circle, and the aim of the game is simple: push your opponent out of the circle. Just like sumo 🙂
Bulldog
The player standing in the middle of the pitch, like a bulldog, tries to stop as many opponents as possible as they try to run from one end line of the pitch to the other. Every player knocked over has to join the middle and get in the runners’ way themselves.
Last Man Standing
Five on five. Everyone starts from their own end of the pitch. They charge at full speed to knock over all their opponents. If someone succeeds, the opponent can’t return to the game. The last player left standing wins.
Rugby
Players line up in teams facing each other. They can pick up the ball and hide it inside their bumper ball, running to the end line to score a try. But the opponents won’t let them through their lines so easily and will attack with force to knock the attacker over. Once he loses his footing, he has to quickly pass the ball to a teammate – otherwise the referee will call passive play and the ball goes to the opponents.
