When the project manager lands on his back after a collision with the intern, the hierarchy ceases to exist for a moment – and that’s the whole point. Team building in Białystok like this teaches cooperation and quick communication, but above all gives the team loads of shared laughter.
The referee runs the games and mixes in challenges such as Bubble Sumo, rugby or Last Man Standing. We look after the equipment, music and safety, and photos from the match will come in handy for the company newsletter.

Bubble football at a company picnic or sports day is an attraction people queue up for. We bring 10–12 balls, a referee and music to your site – grass, an artificial pitch or a hall.
10–12 people play at once, and at bigger events we run a team tournament so everyone gets to play. On request we’ll film a video and take photos that will come in handy for your company’s social media.
